This is an Account Manager, ANZ position for a fast-growing Analytics & Intelligence SaaS company, covering Australia & New Zealand enterprise accounts from Singapore. You will be tasked to grow these accounts and build strong relationships with the clients as their trusted partner.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with large enterprises
  • Collaborating with customers to drive product adoption and engagement
  • Ensuring retention of client ARR spending
  • Identifying and capitalizing on upsell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Ensuring customers derive maximum value from the product, helping them achieve their business objectives and KPIs
  • Advising clients on measuring business success and addressing challenges to highlight the product's value
 
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within a SaaS company
  • Proven experience working with ANZ clients
  • Expertise in selling data, insights, or digital marketing SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated success in selling to Enterprise clients and navigating complex environments
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and work effectively with C-level stakeholders
