The Role:
B2B Business Development Manager role with a Professional Services Firm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting for large deals and partnership opportunities through calls, emails, social activity, events and creative prospecting techniques
  • Work closely with other members in the sales team, to ensure accurate information is passed into the CRM.
  • Participate in sales forecasting, planning and reporting with senior management 
  • Representing the firm at industry events & conferences

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Solutions/Tech sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Experience in selling solutions/professional services to the HR community
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets
