The Role:
A reputable international law firm is seeking a business development and marketing professional to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to contribute to the firm's strategic growth initiatives with a promising career path

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of practice area business plans, budgets, and product-specific strategies
  • Support the business development planning process, including client and prospect targeting, market research, and lead generation
  • Contribute to the proposal and pitching process, such as opportunity identification, client research, message development, and pricing analysis
  • Help execute marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to promote the firm's services and capabilities
  • Coordinate the firm's client program and conduct client listening activities to gather valuable insights
  • Work closely with the PR team to enhance the firm's media presence and brand awareness in local and regional markets
  • Maintain and optimize marketing collateral, legal directories, and information systems
  • Organize and execute various events, webinars, and thought leadership activities
  • Provide research and support for special projects as needed

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in a law firm environment or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Proficient in English, with fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin preferred for internal & external communications and engagement
