Our client is a fast-growing, innovative US MNC that offers collaboration and communications solutions. Based in Singapore, we seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join the team.
 
In this role, you will manage relationships with channel partners and drive sales growth through these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify & Prospect: Leverage a mix of personal networks, marketing events, cold calling, and social media to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Strategic Engagement: Initiate contact with targeted accounts and lead the end-to-end opportunity development process.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, executive sponsors, and influential stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Lead sales conversations and position our client’s solutions effectively by collaborating closely with technical teams and channel partners.
  • Pipeline Development: Maintain and grow a high-potential sales pipeline through persistent prospecting and strategic follow-ups.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed ambitious sales goals while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally within the IT AV/UC industry.
  • Sales Acumen: A proven track record as a “sales hunter” with demonstrated success in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Resilience & Ambition: A results-driven mindset with the ambition to surpass sales targets and thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to diverse audiences.
  • Cultural Fit: An understanding of corporate best practices and a strong alignment with commitment to excellence and innovation.
