About the Role:

As a top management team member, you will offer HR advice, oversee HR functions in alignment with the Group's strategy, and promote collaboration among personnel to optimize internal synergies.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR policy execution, provide professional resolutions, and integrate policies with business strategies.
  • Coach plant HR team, manage talent acquisition, and develop HR metrics and procedures.
  • Lead annual salary and performance reviews, benchmark compensation, and enhance employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, handle employee relations, and collaborate with Group HR for data analysis and program implementation.
 

Requirements:

  • HR Generalist with 15 years of experience, including 5 years in management, and a preference for industrial company experience with staff strength of 1,500. Prior experience in pharmaceutical CMO is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in HR or Psychology, and an MBA is a plus.
  • Proficient in HR functions: recruiting, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, and change management.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cultural inclusivity.
  • Proficient in English and French mandatory for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high people agility, and trust-building abilities.
