A leading organization in the field of Cyber Security Technologies is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to enhance its IT service and support team in Singapore.
 
Position Summary
An exciting opportunity has opened for an IT Service Desk Analyst in Singapore. This role involves providing IT support for the APJ region, focusing on desktop and laptop systems, applications, mobile devices, and related technologies. Responsibilities include handling user inquiries, managing end-user assets, onboarding new hires (both locally and remotely), creating user and email accounts, and imaging and deploying computers. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and network issues.
  • Process support tickets efficiently within established SLAs while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Install and configure laptops, printers, phones, operating systems, applications, and other necessary equipment.
  • Image computers according to specifications using SCCM/JAMF/MDM.
  • Maintain Active Directory.
  • Provide support for Office 365 and corporate software.
  • Assist in deploying new applications and hardware.
  • Repair and support equipment as needed.
  • Act as the security liaison in the Singapore office, ensuring compliance with security policies.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as required.
 
Qualifications:
  • 5 to 8 years of experience in a helpdesk support role with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Mac OS, and Mac management.
  • Experience with Active Directory management and Exchange administration (including email accounts).
  • Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders across the APJ region.
  • Ability to handle support requests alongside other priorities.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit in a regional and global context.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
