Strategic Account Executive - MDR

    • Uncover new MDR opportunities, with new accounts and existing customers, qualifying opportunities, and accurately forecasting pipeline.
    • Serve as MDR expert, brought in on strategic opportunities, to deliver MDR introductions and manage the sales process, delivering demos and full sales cycle support, through closing deals
    • Achieve agreed quarterly sales goals, working closely with Enterprise, Territory, Channel and Customer Success teams, and actively working with customers via EWS and RR.
    • Develop strong relationships with key buyers and influencers in Enterprise Accounts and leverage these during the sales process.
    • Negotiate terms of business with customers to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement, and high adoption of our technology.
    • Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
What You Will Bring
    • Experience with prospecting – working with currently defined accounts and within their assigned territory
    • Direct and Channel sales experience.
    • 3+ years selling to customers from SMB - Enterprise
    • Strong experience in MDR (Managed Detection Response)
    • Product and Marketing experience is desired
    • Product and Solution Sales experience
    • Sales forecasting experience – be able to forecast sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
    • Experience with account management, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring their requirements are met.
    • Strong collaboration experience. You can collaborate with other members of the Sales team, as well as with the Marketing, Product, and Customer support teams, to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned to drive customer satisfaction.
    • You can provide regular reports on Sales performance, pipeline development, and customer feedback to Sales management.
    • Should have experience with cross-selling.
    • Japanese native speaking and basic English language skills are required to communicate with the wider APJ team
