A pharmaceutical firm is seeking for an Office Manager to join their fast-growing organisation.

Coming onboard as an office manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, office negotiation with vendors, office relocation and renovation duties, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. The Office Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters and ensure that office procedures and policies are followed. Being able to communicate in English and Mandarin would be preferred as this role would require working closely with chinese speaking stakeholders
