A leading Consumer Goods company with a large footprint in Asia is currently hiring for a Procurement Governance Lead. As the Governance Lead, you will be responsible for procurement governance, compliance, process optimization and driving the companies digitialisation initiatives.

Working with category teams across Asia Pacific covering indirect and direct spend, the Procurement Governance Lead will define and update procurement policies to improve compliance, streamline and enhance procurement processes as well as improving the ability to track, collect, report and derive insights on procurement spend, savings, stakeholder satisfaction etc through enhancements in dashboards and analytics capabilities.

Other parts of the role will look at procurement maturity to align with business goals, spend visibility and supplier lifecycle improvements developing processes for supplier engagement.

The successful candidate must have a strong background in procurement governance, process improvement, analytics and driving digitalization. The Procurement Governance Lead will be a strong project manager who is able to navigate through local and regional procurement teams and business stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and provide critical insights to the business.
