The Role:

My Client is a leading Crypto Trading firm, and we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join the business in Singapore. You will be overseeing all Singapore Compliance related matters, and will also be involved in the application of their new license.  


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Regulatory Compliance advisory to the business in Singapore
  • Liaise directly with the MAS on all Regulatory related queries and investigation
  • Oversee all Regulatory related policies and framework, and work to mitigate gaps within the Compliance policies
  • Spearhead all licensing related work and submissions
  • Ensure the Compliance policies are in line with MAS regulations


Requirements:

  • 4 to 10 years of Compliance experience in a Trading / Crypto / Fintech Firm
  • Experience in Regulatory Compliance
  • Ability to liaise directly with the MAS in Singapore
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
