The Role:

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the development and day-to-day execution of all areas of our digital marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in the institutional crypto space.

We are seeking a data-driven and versatile professional with a proven track record in managing diverse marketing channels and consistently delivering measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Lead digital marketing efforts across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • SEO & Website Optimization – Manage technical SEO, content strategy, and backlink growth to improve organic traffic and website performance.
  • Conversion Optimization & Analytics – Analyze funnel performance and implement A/B testing, automation, and CRO strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Content & Thought Leadership – Collaborate with other marketing team members to create and distribute blog posts, industry reports, and feature updates that enhance Cobo’s brand authority.
  • Lead Generation & Growth Marketing – Plan and execute multi-channel growth initiatives including paid ads, email campaigns, industry events, and webinars.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting – Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of digital marketing experience, with a proven track record in driving successful marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Salesforce and other automation tools. 
  • Demonstrated experience and expertise in SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Strong data analytics and marketing attribution skills.
  • Experience in B2B marketing with understanding of the dynamics of B2B customer acquisition, lead generation, and nurturing.
  • An ideal candidate will have prior experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
  • Both English and Mandarin proficiency are required to effectively communicate and collaborate in a bilingual work environment.
