The Role:

A prestigious international law firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join the growing HR team. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the firm's talent management and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete HR lifecycle for the Hong Kong office, including administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and requests from both employees and management
  • Manage the firm's graduate recruitment program, coordinating selection activities and new hire onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong employment laws, including visa applications and filings with the Law Society
  • Collaborate with the regional HR team to implement and maintain consistent HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Design and execute employee wellness programs, campaigns, and events to foster a positive work culture
  • Support the execution of firm-wide projects and events as needed

Qualifications:
  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within an international law firm or professional services environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in Hong Kong employment regulations and proven ability to navigate complex HR matters
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Familiarity with graduate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Strong business acumen and strategic mindset to contribute to the firm's HR strategy
