The Role:

Our client is a leading player in the automotive sector to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support across its operations in Singapore and the wider Asia-Pacific region (including China, Australia, and Indonesia).
 
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with business leaders to manage legal risk, support commercial operations, and lead legal initiatives across jurisdictions. You'll handle a broad range of legal matters including commercial contracts, compliance, risk management, IP protection, and regional legal advisory.
 
Requirements
  • 7–9 years of commercial legal experience, preferably as an in-house counsel in a multinational environment.
  • Strong command of contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional legal frameworks, especially across Singapore, China, Australia, and Indonesia.
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
