Richard Bradshaw

Richard is the CEO of Ethos BeathChapman (EBC) Asia and Europe. He started his career in London, where he specialized in headhunting executive appointments within Financial Services. Since moving to Asia in 2010, Richard has held several leadership positions. In his 20 years of experience, he has personally delivered over 500 executive appointments and overseen thousands more across his teams. Currently based in Singapore, he's responsible for the leadership and growth of EBC’s 8 offices in Asia and Europe, spanning multi-industry services. 

Recognized as a thought leader in talent and labour market trends, Richard is frequently featured live, online or in print by top media channels such as Channel News Asia (CNA), The Straits Times and various others. His particular areas of interest span emerging workforce trends, Flexible Work Arrangements (FWA), the evolution of technology AI in the workplace and talent/HR practices as well as the evolving recruitment landscape for banking and technology.
