Rob Wisdom

​​A Director at EBC, Rob partners with companies in Singapore and Asia Pacific to provide Contracting and Interim Solutions. With more than 16 years experience, and spending more than a decade in Singapore, Rob prides himself on his relationship driven and solutions focused approach which has created value for his expansive network of accomplished, senior executives across numerous industries including Professional & Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Technology.

Working at EBC for more than 6 years, Rob has led Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting & Finance and HR practices whilst successfully delivering executive contracting solutions to his client base in Corporate Functions, Operations and Professional Services. He also co led EBC’s Regional Learning & Development function from 2023 to 2024.

He started his recruitment career in the UK in 2008 working for a boutique consultancy leading contracting and interim recruitment within the Public Sector including UK Police Forces, Law Enforcement & Government Agencies, Local Authorities, Regulatory Bodies and Forensics. He was engaged in a variety of investigative and intelligence-based recruitment projects throughout the UK and internationally.

When not at work, Rob enjoys holidaying with his wife, eating good food and supporting West Ham United, his favourite football team.
