Stuart Clark

​Stuart leads our Interim practice across the APAC region from his base in Singapore. His role involves overseeing the practice’s operations, collaborating closely with existing clients, and expanding the business by onboarding new partners. With over 24 years of experience in delivering interim solutions, Stuart has worked across diverse sectors, including life sciences, technology, financial services, and energy. His expertise lies in mid-to-senior level hiring across a broad range of technical and core business functions.

Stuart began his career in interim recruitment in Scotland with a prominent FTSE-listed firm, where he successfully built high-performing teams in technology and energy. During his time in the UK, he worked with some of the sector’s largest companies, maintaining a hands-on approach in managing client and consultant relationships while driving team success.

Over the years, he has developed several highly successful practices and supported clients across a wide range of functions, including Senior Leadership, General Management, Operations, Technology, Digital, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.

Stuart holds a BSc Hons in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde and a PgD in IT from the University of the West of Scotland. Originally from Glasgow, he has lived and worked in Singapore for 15 years, leading teams across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, and Australia.
