I am currently recruiting for an Admin for a Private Surgical Eye Clinic based in the CBD. This clinic has been established for a number of years' but was recently purchased and rebranded by a new doctor and they are looking to build out a new team to service their patients.
They are looking for you to help maintain the clinics excellent standing and reputation whilst also helping them to modernise and improve.
Provide financial counselling services, including pre-surgery financial discussions with patients and caregivers, and schedule pre-operative assessments and surgeries.
Facilitate patient inquiries, prepare clinical documents for consultations, and assist in generating clinic reports while liaising with medical staff and internal departments as needed.
The Admin will be / have:
Min qualification of GCE 'A' Level or equivalent, with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effective patient interactions and situational handling.
Meticulous, organized, and able to work well in a team; must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be available to work on Saturdays.
