The Company:

Our client, top tier international broker, is seeking an Associate Director, Global Accounts.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing comprehensive insurance solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of inward global accounts, ensuring client retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, risk profiles, and insurance requirements.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to identify emerging risks and propose appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive insurance programs that meet clients' needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a focus on global accounts or multinational programs.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting principles, and risk management practices.
  • Proven track record in managing large global accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
