The job: The Business Development Senior Consultant plays a key role in supporting the company’s business development, account management, and client engagement initiatives. The team focuses on driving business growth, managing strategic accounts, and delivering client value. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, chase, and nurture new business opportunities with a focus on insurance clients, particularly those in the healthcare/health insurance space.
Manage strategic client accounts, tracking value delivery and growth opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of the product suite to drive relevant sales discussions and provide feedback for product improvements.
Collaborate across teams to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and manage accounts.
Prepare commercial reports for governance forums and support marketing efforts.
Requirements:
A minimum of 8-10 years in Business Development or Consulting roles, with specific experience or expertise in healthcare or health insurance space. Candidates with slightly fewer years of relevant experience may still be considered.
Graduate degree from a reputable university.
Key skills in delivering presentations, client pitches, and proposals.
Commercial hunter instinct and consultative sales approach.
