The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate lawyer in their corporate team. You will be working closely with partners and senior associates on a broad range of corporate transactions, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and regulatory matters.
 
Requirements:
  • 1 - 3 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
  • Solid Experience in Corporate Practice
  • Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
