My client is a listed financial technology client with a strong focus on growth in the APAC region. We are looking for a development lead to support us in continuing to improve the technology solutions that they can deliver on both a B2B and B2C level. The role is initially a 6-month contract but for the right candidate there is a strong potential for conversion to a permanent position.

Scope:
  • Helping our client with enhancing their existing platforms across the APAC region
  • As a Solution Architect, lead architectural decisions, design patterns and provide end to end recommendations.
  • Managing the development teams across multiple hubs
  • Coordinating with the project team to ensure the decisioning and personalization system matches the needs of their client
  • Leading project reviews with key, cross functional stakeholders
  • Establishing and evolving best practices for the development efforts within the development team
  • Proven leadership skills in software engineering/development with a track record in leading teams and project delivery
  • Strong Microsoft technology experience especially on Azure (ideally formally certified)
  • Good communication and collaborative skills and experience working with business and technology teams
  • As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in Singapore without sponsorship.
