Ethos BeathChapman is collaborating with a multinational Japanese FMCG company seeking an Engineer to join their team in Singapore. The role involves contributing to the delivery of innovative, high-quality electronic devices, including flagship products, and providing technical support to third-party manufacturing partners to ensure consistent production and quality.

Role:
  • Technical Guidance and support on 3rd party vendors, addressing problems that arise during production.
  • Set up and maintain Quality control standards to prevent or minimize production delays and defects.
  • Work closely on enchantment of product quality and manufacturing process.
  • Improvement of workflow processes and efficiency within manufacturing plant.

Qualification:
  • Electrical or Mechanical background with minimum of 5 years of working experience.
  • EMS experience required (Must have worked with electronics with Batteries - Smartwatches, phone, Audio devices)
  • Flexible working hours (50% In office, 50% WFH)
  • Frequency of Travelling: 20%.
  • Will be working with Mandarin speaking clients. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential
