The Role:

Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the Managing Partner's calendar, travel arrangements, and daily schedule to ensure maximum productivity
  • Handling all correspondence, including email, telephone, and in-person communications, on behalf of the Managing Partner
  • Providing administrative support for the Managing Partner's meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering materials, and taking detailed minutes
  • Serving as a trusted liaison between the Managing Partner and the firm's partners, clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Assisting with the coordination of special projects, events, and initiatives led by the Managing Partner
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Supporting the broader administrative needs of the Managing Partner's office as required
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably within a legal environment or professional services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin a plus) for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven track record of juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive, discreet, and able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • University degree or equivalent preferred
