Our client is a rapidly growing organization in need of a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment while overseeing critical financial operations and ensuring compliance with IFRS/US GAAP. The role comes with the potential for travel and relocation to the United States after the first few years, with strong financial support provided by the organization.
 
Role Overview:
As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all accounting activities, developing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and tax regulations. You will provide strategic financial support to leadership, collaborate with internal teams, and manage relationships with external tax consultants. This role offers a combination of exciting responsibilities, including travel and the opportunity for relocation to the US.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, in compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Oversee the management of all accounting functions, including journal entries, month-end closing, and account reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with external tax consultants to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations across the USA.
  • Manage financial reporting requirements for government compliance, including statistical returns.
  • Provide financial and tax advisory support to sales and operations teams, helping inform key business decisions.
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external audits, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
  • Continuously analyze financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Foster and lead a high-performance team, ensuring development and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as required by senior leadership.
