I am working with a new entrant to Asia (from North America), this Biopharma are looking for a Global Clinical Contracts Manager in Singapore.
They are looking to get their clinical trials started and you will be part of the driving force behind this, overseeing the selection of the CRO's and ensuring they do what they say.
They offer a strong pipeline of oncology products to get stuck into, have already licensed their first product so are financially stable and will let you do things your way.
The Global Clinical Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
Manages global Clinical Research Organization (CRO) and vendor selection, including contract negotiations.
Develops and oversees clinical contractual agreements, budgets, and proposals, ensuring compliance with obligations.
Coordinates bid defenses, proposal review meetings, and handles contract lifecycle management for clinical study service providers.
The Global Clinical Contracts Manager will be/have:
Relevant job experience in a high-growth biotech or pharmaceutical company.
Experience in RFI/RFP development, proposal evaluation, and contract and budget management.
Degree Qualified
Global management experience is a strong advantage, along with a solid understanding of clinical trials and operations.
