Our client – a clinical staged company specialized in Antibody-Drug Conjugate therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases – has a vacancy for Head of Bioanalytics (Senior Director / Executive Director) in USA, a home-based position. You will provide strategic direction and leadership to the bioanalytical team (based in US and China), aligning with the company's objectives and goals; and collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. CROs vendors, cross departmental leaders) to identify opportunities for process optimization and bioanalytical related R&D initiatives.
 
To be considered for this role, you would have a relevant background (PhD in Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacology, or related field), extensive experience (>6 years) in bioanalytical methodology development and validation in biotech / biopharma industry, with deep knowledge of GLP, GCP, and relevant regulatory guidelines; and prior experience in ADC or antibody-based therapeutics is a strong asset. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills in leading and developing scientific teams a plus.
