Client - A leading technology vendor that supports large telecom companies internationally
 
EBC is currently supporting this innovative SaaS-focused company on a pioneering hire in Indonesia.
 
Reporting to the executive leadership. This role is responsible for managing a key telecom client relationship in Indonesia. The role will focus on enhancing superior customer satisfaction, driving adoption of new products and technology as well as fostering in-depth relationships with key exec stakeholders. We are seeking a proven executive with a strong communication style and the ability to connect to the customer.
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proven track record (10+ years) in managing senior telco relationships (e.g. IOH, XL Axiata, Telkomsel, SmartFren, or other relevant telecom clients) with demonstrated successes.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced telecom technology (e.g. 5G, AI-RAN, Digital, BSS etc)
  • Strong knowledge of managing client relationships, stakeholders and a proven network in the Indonesian telecom community.
