The Role:

We are mandated by an expanding UK law firm to look for an HR Advisor/Officer to join the firm. You will be responsible for various key duties. This includes collaborating with the Talent Team to streamline the hiring process, conducting pre-screening activities and coordinating interviews. You will also play a role in new employee onboarding, facilitating local trainee rotations, and representing the firm at career fairs. Additionally, you will contribute to learning and development by conducting induction sessions, ensuring completion of training programs, and coordinating employee participation in firmwide initiatives. Your general HR responsibilities will involve preparing employment paperwork, maintaining accurate HR records, administering benefits, and serving as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries. You will also support payroll processing, stay updated on employment laws, and contribute to HR projects. Overall, your role will encompass various HR functions to support the firm's talent acquisition, employee development, and general HR operations.

 
Requirements:

  • At least 4-6 years of relevant experience from law firms or professional companies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the Hong Kong Law Society regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) for internal & external communications and engagement
