Job Description Summary 
 
Qualifications:
At least 8 years working experience in purchasing and logistics management and 5 years working experience in healthcare industry; familiar with hospital operations and medical consumables; Above BA degree; Medical or nursing background is must; 
 
Skills:
Good English skill both in daily English and medical English
Excellent communication skill
Good negotiation skill
Good computer skill
Good Team management skill;
 
Knowledge:
Good knowledge of medical consumables, supply chain management,  logistic information system; import operations,  healthcare industry regulations
 
Responsibilities:
  • Take leadership of medical consumables central purchasing for all facilities in a cost efficient and ethical way.
  • To setup reliable and cost effective medical consumables supply network, sustainable for hospital’s growth.
  • Supervise consumable purchasing team and supply chain team from price/quality/service/supply chain analysis perspective.
  • Develop cost saving opportunities for hospital medical consumables supplies and maximize the hospital central purchasing coverage on SKU and vendors.
  • Supervise hospital medical consumables inventory control.
  • HOSPITAL medical suppliers relationship and compliance management.
  • Make consumable budget for hospital new facilities startup consumables purchasing.
  • Provide purchasing, distribution, inventory or other regular report requested by financial department or supervisor as deemed necessary.
  • Hospital medical consumables central purchasing team and supply chain team management.
