The Role:
  • Serve as the welcoming face of the firm, greeting clients and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide administrative support to the broader team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and assisting with various projects as needed
  • Maintain a well-organized and presentable reception area, ensuring it reflects the firm's brand and professional image
  • Support the operations of the office by ordering supplies, coordinating with facilities, and troubleshooting any administrative issues that arise
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for streamlining and efficiency
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or operations assistant role, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Good command in English and Mandarin for internal & external communications and engagement
