A global leader within the publishing industry is seeking a Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
 
In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving territory sales targets, developing strategic plans with key stakeholders, and ensuring the team’s structure drives success. You'll also maintain strong relationships with Sales Agents and partners, drive compliance with company policies, and identify new opportunities while maximizing upselling potential with existing clients. Regular reporting and collaboration with internal teams will be essential to achieving business goals.
 
The ideal candidate will be degree-educated with a strong sales background and a proven track record of delivering results. They should be target-driven, capable of managing sales plans effectively, and able to work independently while knowing when to delegate. A willingness to travel is essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers, including key decision-makers. The candidate should be well-organised, able to prioritise tasks to maximise outcomes, and demonstrate a high level of computer literacy and digital proficiency. Knowledge of the Asia library markets or academic publishing is a desirable asset.
