Our client who is a global Building Materials Manufacturer is seeking an APAC Director for the Sealants and Bonding sector. The candidate will come with 15 years of experience managing P&L across the APAC region.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing strategy for the business to achieve revenue goals and customer requirements
  • Ensure demand creation through portfolio innovation, value proposition creation, and sales/marketing approach
  • Build operational footprint, capabilities, and capacity to deliver financial plan, customer demand and provide appropriate customer experience.
  • Identify, review, and engage acquisition opportunities
  • Maintain 3-year New Product Schedule to feed innovation pipeline and conduct monthly Stage Gate meetings, portfolio reviews and project status.
  • Build relationships with key customers: Consumer and Professional distribution
 
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor degree in any field, an MBA is preferred
  • General management profile with P&L Leadership across the APAC region
  • Experience in B2B / B2C and retail channel / multi-channel management
  • Background in the Building Materials sector
  • Customer centric orientation with direct functional experience in Sales or Marketing with a strong foundation in Operations/Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • Ability to create and articulate vision and strategy. Strong execution skills to deliver key initiatives / results.
