We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive technical sales and provide expertise for large, Enterprise customers across Singapore. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity, particularly in areas like identity and access management, privileged access management, and cloud security. You will work closely with the Sales team, solutions architects, and product specialists to tailor cutting-edge solutions that address the critical security needs of our customers.
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be a trusted technical advisor, helping Enterprise clients navigate their cybersecurity challenges while positioning our advanced security solutions to protect their most sensitive data and critical infrastructure.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support & Technical Expertise:
    • Act as the primary technical resource for Enterprise sales teams, assisting in the discovery and qualification of customer requirements.
    • Lead technical presentations, product demos, and PoCs (Proof of Concepts) to clearly communicate the value of our solutions.
    • Develop and present customized cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of large, complex organizations.
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Design:
    • Partner with sales and customer success teams to deliver tailored security solutions to key stakeholders, including CISOs, CTOs, and security teams.
    • Provide detailed technical architecture designs, deployment roadmaps, and integration strategies to ensure customer success.
  • Technical Evangelism & Market Insight:
    • Stay at the forefront of industry trends in cybersecurity
    • Evangelize the value of our solutions through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and customer-focused events.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Work with product management, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
    • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategies and account plans that maximize revenue potential.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build long-term relationships with Enterprise-level customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, product adoption, and ongoing technical support.
    • Provide expertise in overcoming technical objections and guiding customers through the evaluation and buying process.
 
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience as a Sales EngineerSolutions Architect, or similar role, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions for Enterprise customers.
  • Strong experience working with senior technical and business decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, security architects) in large organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles
  • Familiarity with network securitySIEM toolsdata protection technologies, and security standards (e.g., ISO 27001GDPRNIST).
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create compelling proposals and deliver engaging demos.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer scienceCybersecurityEngineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSPCISACISMCompTIA Security+).
