For our client, a leading financial data and market intelligence provider, we are seeking a technically-focused account manager to work closely with financial institutions and other organisations who  
 
Role:
To provide first line of support for a financial data platform towards Asian-based clients, in accordance with highest business standards.
Overall role is to act as the first line of support covering Asia Pacific, particularly monitoring the platform, supporting operational activities and participating to testing activities.
 
Your Key Duties:
  • Oversee and conduct inquiries into platform activities
  • Assist with daily operations, handling irregularities and processes
  • Deliver client care and assistance
  • Engage in various evaluation procedures
  • Relay user input to Fund Services leadership
  • Aid in crafting, executing, and upkeeping the system
  • Compile documentation for relevant committees as per their established guidelines and scopes
  • Develop and lead training sessions for Fund Services personnel
 
Our Requirements
  • Either open to fresh graduates or individuals with 1-3 Years  of relevant experience in Singapore and Hong Kong with a focus on financial services/banking/financial market infrastructure providers or IT/fintech providers.
  • You are passionate by the technology and your academic background gave you a solid knowledge of current innovative solutions or tools:
    • Understanding of various DevOps tools and technologies like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
    • Knowledge in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, Google cloud.
    • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
    • Understanding of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
    • Knowledge of version control systems like Gitlab.
    • Experience with system monitoring tools.
    • Understanding of networking protocols and principles.
    • Proficiency in database management and SQL, Elasticsearch.
    • Understanding of Kubernetes architecture and its core components.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; proficiency in another 1-2 languages would be an additional benefit for internal & external communications and engagement
 
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Fresh graduates or professionals with 1-3 years of relevant experience in Singapore or Hong Kong
  • Focus on financial services, banking, financial market infrastructure providers, IT, or fintech sectors
  • Passion for technology and a strong academic background in innovative solutions and tools

Technical skills and knowledge required:
  • DevOps tools and technologies: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Scripting languages: Python, Bash, or Ruby
  • Cloud platforms: Azure, Google Cloud
  • Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes
