​Blake specialises in working with leading Global Investment platforms to secure the best and brightest investors in APAC. Beginning their recruitment journey 3 years ago at a leading Chinese recruitment firm, Blake built out their USD buyside market from scratch, mainly focused on front-desk buyside roles from Global/Regional Buyout Funds, Sovereign Wealth/Pension Funds, Corporate Investment and Hedge Funds and was awarded Top Biller in recognition.

Through their experience making placements across APAC, they’ve assisted clients with industry-wide mapping, setting up new teams, salary benchmarking and consultations on hiring practices.

In their free time, Blake custom builds water-cooled gaming computers, parkours and tests out new culinary gadgets. Blake grew up in Australia, transplanting to China in 2020, graduating from University of New South Wales with a Double Degree in Commerce and Economics, majoring in Finance and Financial Economics.
