I had a great recruitment experience with Tiffanie in the search for a new Group CFO for Paradise Company Limited. Tiffanie gave us a great “long list” for potential candidates with comprehensive details covering CV details but also expectations, client’s preferences and their suitability to the role profile we provided. We were then able to cut this down to a precise “short list” of candidates that we would commit to taking across the line and closed the process with the successful person that ticked all the boxes for us. Tiffanie was pleasingly tenacious in following up at different stages to ensure we kept with the agreed timelines set for this recruitment but also wary that we may be keeping candidates waiting for a response and she was very good at balancing both our hiring expectations as well as the care and consideration for the prospective candidates. I have known Linus for quite some time, firstly as a candidate and thereafter as a hiring manager. Some recruitment consultants treat you differently depending on which hat you wear, but with Linus, I found that he didn't differentiate and acted professionally. In both cases, he was extremely patient, and experienced and took the time to listen. These are important qualities in recruitment because he would always offer roles or candidates which are best suited to your preferences and needs.
