​Bo Geng is a Senior Consultant in the Legal, Risk & Compliance practice at Ethos BeathChapman, specialising in private practice recruitment. He focuses on contingent and retained searches for both fee-earners and non-fee earner positions across all levels.

As a lawyer-by-training, Bo Geng leverages on his network connections and industry knowledge to provide business insights and customised guidance to optimise the recruitment process.

Prior to joining Ethos BeathChapman, Bo Geng practised with one of Singapore's largest and oldest law firms, before moving into a local legal recruitment practice, where he handled both private practice and inhouse legal recruitment.

Outside of work, Bo Geng spends his time on family, traveling, music and recreational sports (e.g. badminton, basketball and pickleball).
