Amanda is the Human Resources leader for Mastercard's Asia Pacific (AP) region and works closely with the AP Leadership Team to drive and implement the regional HR strategy. A seasoned HR professional, Amanda is well versed in the dynamics of organisational design and restructuring, as well as culture change across Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Amanda has a proven track record of building and leading high performing, commercially astute HR teams in large, matrixed, multinational (MNC) companies. Prior to joining Mastercard, she was the regional HR lead for Thomson Reuters in Singapore, where she oversaw the people strategy, with a focus on diversity, talent and leadership development, as well as organisational change arising from M&A and divestiture projects.

Aside from employment, she also specialises in crisis management and strategic global mobility. As a commercial disputes lawyer, she has acted in high-value and complex litigation and international arbitration matters. He has built and led diverse teams throughout his career, fostering inclusive and high-performing environments. Matt founded EBC, later integrating it into Will Group Inc., where he served as International CEO (2019–2025), overseeing nine brands across 20 countries and leading over 500 professionals. His tenure included significant M&A activity, driving strategic growth and market expansion.
Matt also founded Risk Management Intelligence (RMI), an APAC-centric background screening firm endorsed by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower and trusted by Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. As a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor, he provides strategic insights on leadership, risk management, and international expansion.
