ANG CHIN TAH, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & HEAD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD, DIGITAL INDUSTRY SINGAPORE
At DISG, Chin Tah and his team is helping Singapore reach its goal of having a great tech ecosystem that companies and people want to connect with. He has held multiple Director level positions in EDB including that of Director of Infocommunications and Media division; Director of Human Capital, in charge of sectoral manpower policy and planning; and Regional Director based out of New York, responsible for EDB’s offices in New York, Washington DC, Chicago, and Boston. He had also set up EDB’s São Paulo, Brazil office in 2009.

TAN KWANG MENG, BUSINESS MENTOR ACCRETE INNOVATIONS
Kwang Meng began his career in 1985 at Hewlett-Packard as a systems engineer. He has held various senior leadership and general management positions at Sun Microsystems, CA Technologies, K2 and Pivotal Software. More recently, he has been helping enterprises and business partners evolve, adapt and transform themselves digitally to stay ahead of market demands. He is also active in providing mentorship to startups by contributing his time to ACE (Action Community for Entrepreneurship, The National Voice for Singapore Startup Ecosystem, ace.org.sg).

He is extensively experienced in helping clients navigate digital transformation to enhance business agility, make better business decisions and deliver more value through the adoption of automation, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
