Matt Beath serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Will International, directing Will Group, Inc.'s operations outside of Japan. Will International is proud to manage a portfolio of nine unique recruiting and staffing brands, with a team of over 600 dedicated professionals and a 6,000-strong contract workforce.

Before joining Will, Matt co-founded Ethos BeathChapman (EBC) and Risk Management Intelligence (RMI). While EBC is recognized as a leading Asia Pacific brand within the Will portfolio, RMI is distinguished for its expertise in background screening solutions and is a trusted provider for the Singapore Ministry of Manpower.

With an impressive tenure of two decades in executive recruitment, Matt has garnered experience across diverse regions such as Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa, and Australia/New Zealand. Among his prior leadership accomplishments are the strategic expansion of businesses in key Asian markets and a noteworthy term as Asia CEO for Talent2.

Matt's professional path began in a renowned international accounting firm. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, he's also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Beyond his professional commitments, Matt enjoys moments with his family, exploring new places, and indulging in sports.


Amarjit Kaur is a partner in the litigation and arbitration team at Withers KhattarWong, with a focus on employment, strategic global mobility and crisis management.

She is a commercial disputes lawyer who has acted in high-value and complex litigation and international arbitration matters. Amarjit advises clients across the spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues. She has guided companies, founders and senior professionals through complex employment issues arising out of investigations, reduction in force exercises, business transfers, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and M&As. From complying with employment laws to managing cross-cultural communication and adaptation, Amarjit is a trusted business adviser for companies and professionals seeking to succeed in the global marketplace.

Amarjit is a frontrunner in training and performing cultural assessments on #MeToo and diversity and inclusion issues. As the global head of Withers' Diversity and Inclusion Branch, she leads a global working group to proactively plan for diversity and inclusion initiatives and activities. Amarjit also serves as a board member of Club Heal, a mental health charity. Forward-thinking and innovative, she is constantly pushing boundaries in her field and is regularly featured in leading media platforms including BBC, The Straits Times, Business Times and ChannelNewsAsia.


An HR Leader for over 18 years, Bhawna has worked with multinational organisations such as Airtel, Singtel, BAT, Danone, and Sodexo, holding regional HR leadership roles in diverse, multicultural environments, including Asia-Pacific, Russia, Middle East, NorAm, and LatAm. With her proven track record in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Developing Leaders, and Business Partnering, Bhawna is an Advisory Board Member of GDEXA (Global Digital Excellence Association) and was also a Co-Chair of the Human Development Committee of the European Chamber of Singapore.

 Outside of work, Bhawna is an ICF-accredited coach passionate about projects that enable access to mentoring for those who do not have the resources for it. She has been living in Singapore for the last 13 years, is married and has a son.


Richard is the Managing Director and CEO for Ethos BeathChapman (EBC) Asia, and a Managing Partner of EBC Europe. He started his career in London with the global talent and recruitment firm Hays, where he specialised in headhunting executive appointments across various financial services niches. Since moving to Singapore in 2010Richard has held a number of Asia leadership positions. In his 18 years of experience, he has personally delivered over 300 executive placements and overseen thousands more across his teams. Currently based in Singapore, he's responsible for the leadership and growth of EBC‘s 8 offices in Asia and in Europe, spanning multi-industry servicing and circa 100 staff.

In his work, Richard is particularly passionate about career and personal development, inclusivity and diversity and championing forward-thinking & progressive ways of working. His and EBC’s grand objectives include assisting clients, candidates and colleagues alike with long-term in-depth market knowledge, strong service delivery orientation and the ability to unearth very hard-to-find technical candidates.

He holds a degree from the University of Bath and a number of industry accreditations such as MRec, and Cert RP. In his spare time, Richard is a keen sports enthusiast, loves to travel and is bordering on obsessive when spending time with his french bulldog, Nova.
