As the CEO of the China region for our radiation drug company, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, overseeing operations, and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives in the Chinese market. Reporting directly to the Group CEO of our US headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining our presence in China, fostering key partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
 
Job Description Summary:
We are a pioneering radiation drug company dedicated to revolutionizing Alzheimer's Disease and cancer diagnosis and treatment through innovative therapies. With a focus on research, development, and commercialization of groundbreaking radiation drugs, we strive to improve patient outcomes and transform the landscape of Alzheimer's Disease and oncology care globally. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our operations in the China region.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the China region, aligning with the company's overall objectives and vision.
  • Operational Oversight: Provide leadership and direction to all aspects of operations in China, including sales, marketing, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and finance, to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Penetration: Identify market opportunities, trends, and challenges in the Chinese healthcare landscape, and develop strategies to capitalize on them, positioning the company as a leader in radiation drug therapies.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, distributors, and research institutions, to drive market access and adoption of our products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards governing the development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of radiation drugs in China.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial performance of the China region, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation, to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, to drive organizational success and employee engagement.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the CEO and executive leadership team on the progress, challenges, and opportunities in the China region, and collaborate closely with colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in senior leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with significant experience in the China market.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, regulatory environment, and market dynamics in China, particularly in Alzheimer's Disease and oncology and radiation therapy.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving organizational change.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
