This role involves leading and supporting enterprise-level response and recovery efforts for operational disruptions, security, fraud, and technology incidents.
The consultant will report to the Global Director and work during Singapore hours (9am-4pm) for a follow-the-sun operational model.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform incident triage and coordinate stakeholder responses
  • Lead response meetings for less complex incidents
  • Support senior team members during complex incidents
  • Contribute to improving incident management capabilities
  • Ensure task completion and timely escalation
 
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of total experience in business continuity, banking operations, security, or technology incident management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Emergency Management, ITIL, CBCP, CRISC, CGRC) are advantageous
  • Financial services industry experience is preferred
