The team is seeking an organised Administrative Executive, ensuring the seamless functioning of the senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for executive meetings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange and coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in an administrative function supporting senior management.
