Responsibilities would include:
  • Lead/ Support origination and execution of arranging/advisory mandates relating to financing under the support of Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) and Multilateral Agencies (MLAs) in Asia
  • Drive blended finance initiatives and opportunities in the region along with partner ECAs, DFIs and MLAs
  • Originate, structure and execute ECA financing solutions, acting as an integrated team with origination resources across bank locations, providing product origination, structuring as well as execution capabilities
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers in ECA Financing, performing transaction monitoring until maturity
  • Relationship Management: Regularly engage with existing and prospect ECAs, DFIs, MLAs globally
  • Manage the entire credit origination, due diligence and documentation process, including the assessment of credit risk and structuring; preparation of credit applications 
  • Monitor trends within ECA finance space to update knowledge of the market and its effect on the new business prospects

Profile of ideal candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3-4 (AVP) | 5-8 (VP) years of relevant experience in Structured/ECA Financing, Blended Finance at an international bank OR MLA OR DFI. Banking experience not mandatory.
  • Good stakeholder and relationship management  
  • Some knowledge or foundation on project financing with ability to analyse financial models 
  • Attention to details 
  • Multi-tasking and proactive time management 
  • Strong team player, family culture
