The job: The Business Development Senior Consultant plays a key role in supporting the company’s business development, account management, and client engagement initiatives. The team focuses on driving business growth, managing strategic accounts, and delivering client value.
Key Responsibilities:
Support sales pipeline management, creating client pitches and proposals.
Manage strategic client accounts, tracking value delivery and growth opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of the product suite to drive relevant sales discussions and provide feedback for product improvements.
Collaborate across teams to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and manage accounts.
Prepare commercial reports for governance forums and support marketing efforts.
Requirements:
Ideally 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or insurance, with blended expertise in health, digital engagement, tech solutions, or organizational transformation.
Graduate degree from a reputable university.
Key skills in project management, consultative sales, delivering presentations
Responsive, creative, uphold strong work ethics and standards of excellence.
Strong tenacity and agility, proven capabilities to deliver under tight deadlines
