Our client is a fast-growing, innovative US MNC in the collaboration and communications space. Based in Singapore, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will manage relationships with channel partners and drive sales growth through these partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and convert the opportunities generated by the channels to meet the sales quota
Develop strategic growth plans with selected channel partners to grow the footprint
Identify new business opportunities and onboard potential partners
Create and implement strategies to increase sales through partner channels
Provide training and support to partners on products and services
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
Maintain the sales funnel to provide accurate forecasts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of proven experience in delivering results through Channel partners
Strong business acumen and experience with value selling
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
