Our client who is a global Consumer Electronics player is seeking an Executive Leadership role to be based in Taiwan. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing all aspect of the firm’s strategy to execution, including P&L management, corporate governance and day-to-day operations of the business. This role is ideal if you are an entrepreneurial leader with a passion for driving technological advancements, scaling a business globally and within a greenfield landscape.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy for the company, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and long-term business goals.
  • Innovation Focus: Drive the development and commercialization of cutting-edge consumer and commercial printing technologies.
  • Market Creation and Expansion: Identify and capture new market opportunities, positioning the company as a global leader in the printing technology industry.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Talent Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company operates in compliance with local and international regulations.
  •  Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, secure funding, and deliver consistent financial growth.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successful leadership at the executive level  
  • Experience in business development in international markets, preferably including the US and Asia
  • Deep understanding of hardware and software integration in printing or related technologies.
  • Exceptional skills in strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong technical acumen with a passion for innovation.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.
