Looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee a small local team on a mixed portfolio of nephrology and rare disease.
This company has just had a bit of a restructure with a lot more focus being pushed into local teams, as such they are looking for a Commercial Manager to build a small team and drive the commercial operations across Singapore.
You will oversee their established product range and well as oversee the pre-launch work for new products that they are hoping to launch in the next year or so.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:
Develop and execute Singapore Business Plan for successful market sales, utilizing available resources effectively.
Lead and mentor team to surpass sales targets, fostering strong relationships with key accounts.
Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain product knowledge, and stay informed about market trends for strategic advantage.
The Commercial Manager will be/have:
Relevant sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in selling to and negotiating with senior hospital Key Decision Makers (KDM)
Experience in Account Planning, Customer Mapping, and managing distributors/partners.
