The Role:

Our client is a leading offshore law firm law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an experienced banking and finance lawyer in their well-established finance practice group. You will be working with an experienced team and advising banks, financial institutions and corporates on a wide range of complex, high-profile and highly structured financing transactions.
 

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong of common law legal qualification
  • Solid experience in general banking and finance, acquisition finance or structured finance
