As a top management team member, you will offer HR advice, oversee HR functions in alignment with the Group's strategy, and promote collaboration among personnel to optimize internal synergies.
Responsibilities:
Oversee HR policy execution, provide professional resolutions, and integrate policies with business strategies.
Coach plant HR team, manage talent acquisition, and develop HR metrics and procedures.
Lead annual salary and performance reviews, benchmark compensation, and enhance employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, handle employee relations, and collaborate with Group HR for data analysis and program implementation.
Requirements:
HR Generalist with 15 years of experience, including 5 years in management, and a preference for industrial company experience with staff strength of 1,500. Prior experience in pharmaceutical CMO is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in HR or Psychology, and an MBA is a plus.
Proficient in HR functions: recruiting, compensation & benefits, training, employee relations, and change management.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and cultural inclusivity.
Proficient in English and French mandatory for internal & external communications and engagement
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high people agility, and trust-building abilities.
